End-to-end ML systems on Databricks with MLflow and dbx — feature engineering, deep learning training, experiment tracking, model registry, and scalable inference endpoints serving real-time predictions.

About me

I'm a Cloud & AI Solution Architect based in Sydney, designing AI-enabled enterprise systems end-to-end. I run discovery workshops, scope PoCs, write SOWs, and ship production solutions — translating fuzzy business problems into architectures that actually work on Monday morning.

My research roots run deep: a PhD in AI in time series prediction and deep learning, with peer-reviewed work in cellular traffic forecasting and biomedical video stabilisation. That background shapes how I design — measure first, evaluate continuously, and keep an honest paper trail.

I write here mostly to think out loud — architecture decisions, AI learning notes, Power Platform gotchas, and the small lessons that took an afternoon to learn and deserve to be written down once.

What I believe

Architecture serves outcomes

The simplest design that meets CAF/WAF and ships on time beats the elegant one that doesn't.

AI is still engineering

Foundation models need eval harnesses, observability, and guardrails. The model isn't the system.

Document the decisions

If a stakeholder needs three explanations, write the ADR. Future-you and future-them will thank you.

A PoC that can't survive its first real Monday isn't a PoC — it's a slide.
